It’s free and easy to participate. Simply take a photo using your mobile device, include a short caption in the tweet or email, and submit! All approved photos are displayed on the Times Square digital billboard.
Once displayed, a link to your personal St. Patrick’s Day photo, taken from high above Times Square, is returned to you commemorating the occasion. The Keepsake photo is shareable with friends and family across your social networks, like Twitter, Facebook, Google+, and Pinterest, or can be downloaded directly through various one-touch sharing icons.
Aerva’s Digital Keepsake Gallery, at Aerva.com, allows you to view all submitted images and vote for the best image on the “Wall of Fame.”
No place on the planet offers experiences quite like Times Square with its intense digital engagement on outdoor digital displays.
Aerva and Clear Channel Spectacolor have collaborated on a number of interactive campaigns for some of the world’s greatest brands, including Beats by Dre, Taco Bell, Maybelline New York, Mini Cooper, and others.
Together, Aerva and Clear Channel provide brands the opportunity to engage and connect with end users through digital billboards, social channels, mobile interactivity and other User Generated Content (UGC).
Aerva’s Keepsake Platform is used to capture images of the user-generated photos as they’re displayed on the billboard and used in a searchable and shareable Keepsake image gallery—an idea that Aerva popularized since it unveiled the Keepsake Platform in 2010.
“St. Patrick’s Day is an opportunity for everyone to be Irish! Aerva’s platform allows users to share their ‘Irish-ness’ with the world and receive a commemorative image back to mark the occasion,” said Scott Cronin, VP, Interactive Campaigns of Aerva. “This campaign allows people to have fun, be creative and interactive across various digital channels from their mobile devices, to the OOH board, to their social channels and beyond – creating a true Omni-channel experience!”
