Aerva is looking for a talented Web Designer to create amazing user experiences in a versatile environment. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean graphic design, possess user-friendly interface design skills as well as have marketing skills. The designer will work with our brand, our products, and our customers.

Responsibilities

•  Execute visual design stages from concepts, hand-offs to engineering, and final production

•  Translate high-level requirements into functional responsive designs

•  Drive content creation on multiple platforms and media types

•  Create wireframes, information flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas

•  Manage deliverables and work with different team members to meet their needs and deadlines

•  Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

Requirements

•  Proven Design experience and skills with a strong portfolio

•  Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite products

•  Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS with some Javascript knowledge

•  Excellent visual design skills with focus on GUI and UX

•  Ability to solve problems creatively and quickly in a team setting as well as independently

•  Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies

•  2-5 years of experience and design degree preferred

•  Social media and WordPress experience preferred
